Dear Parent/Guardian:

 

Compass Learning is an online tutorial program that provides a customized learning path for each student.  It connects students’ performance on the Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) tests to the selection of topics and concepts in both Reading and Math which the student is most ready to learn next. The district provides this service to students in grades 2-11 at no cost.

 

Students have learned how to access the program in class with support from their teacher.  We hope that all parents will access the program with their children to see the progress they are making, and to encourage them to work within Compass Learning as an independent tutorial.
